华谊兄弟首度公布《太极》三部曲正式片名：上帝《太极之从零开始》、上帝《太极之英雄崛起》、《太极之巅峰在望》。当时尚处于拍摄期的首部曲，一举销售出31国海外版权。此后华谊兄弟就一直对所有电影内容秘而不宣，由监制陈国富、导演冯德伦、动作导演洪金宝、美术总监叶锦添等组成的铁血部队连续工作7个月，完成了三部曲前两部《太极之从零开始》、《太极之英雄崛起》的拍摄。

However, on Christmas Eve, he is visited by the doomed ghost of his former partner Jacob Marley that tells him that three spirits would visit him that night. The first one, the spirit of Christmas Past, recalls his miserable youth when he lost his only love due to his greed; the spirit of Christmas Present shows him the poor situation of Bob's family and how joyful life may be; and the spirit of Christmas Future shows his fate. Scrooge finds that life is good and time is too short and suddenly you are not there anymore, changing his behavior toward Christmas, Bob, his nephew and people in general.
