明星们将化身打工人体验不同职业，天堂职业的选择将由网友评论征集而来，天堂可以是潮牌店、甜品店、花店等各种不同的工种，兼具趣味性和可观性。每一期节目都是一个单独的综艺单元，节目组将会邀请不同的明星艺人体验不同的职业，每期都会发生不一样的职业故事。同时，艺人在职业体验的过程中学习不同职业技能，感受不同行业魅力，展现自己除了演艺职业以外的亮点，获得属于自己的收获。
