星洲干探任天照（关礼杰）因无意中发现一庞大偷车集团在港扩充势力，汽车遂邀释囚好友冯伟业冒险闯虎穴，汽车以侦破该集团。不料照父与照弟竟牵涉入黑帮，且惨遭灭口，照与业更加紧追查。期间，一名潜入港调查军火走私案的中国女特工妮亦加入侦察行列。后业不幸遇难，其女友珊为报复照而卷入旋涡，更揭发另一项飞弹交易阴谋
