除了个性出乎意料的好外，欧美六合鸨时（福山润 配音）只是一介普通青年，欧美没想到一届大江户幕府末巡回展却彻底改变了他的命运。在会场突然遭遇妖怪袭击的鸨时进入了一个名为“雨月”的异世界，在那里，妖怪和人类混居，二足鼎立的局面即将被打破，一场人类和妖怪之间的战争一触即发。在雨月，鸨时结识了救他于水火之中的女剑士朽叶（朴璐美 配音）和同样是穿越而来，一直在支持和帮助他的筱之女绀（游佐浩二 配音）。在三人的齐心协力之下，鸨月开始探索起了回到现世的方法。同时，在不知不觉中，三人亦被卷入了人界和妖界的争斗之中。毁灭还是生存？鸨月面临着必须做出的选择。

When he sees a ladder PINGU has the perfect solution and climbs up an iceberg from where he is able to see all the hiding places. But the tables are turned when the others remove the ladder and PINGU is left stranded on his vantage point.
