张天聪作为中国第一代航天员，马甲在神舟七号宇航员选拔中失利。面对昔日战友的离去和年龄偏大等种种压力，马甲张天聪毅然选择继续留在航天员大队，成为谢朝阳、王立三、周晓苏等新一代航天员的训练教官。而面对工作和生活的种种压力，张天聪决定迎难而上，发挥特别能吃苦、特别能战斗、特别能攻关、特别能奉献的载人航天精神，终于在最后圆了自己的飞天梦，为祖国的航天事业做出了卓越的贡献。
