前狱长邓瀚宗因收受贿款入狱，捕鼠而逃狱失败的贺俊被逼回到监狱服刑。贺俊看准邓瀚宗对监狱的熟悉，捕鼠引诱他合作逃狱。二人一拍即合，更企图制造事端嫁祸滚筒，以免重蹈失败的覆辙，但过程中贺俊发现邓瀚宗另有诡计，迫使他倒戈与滚筒、建天等人和新狱长马文豪合作，联手破解邓瀚宗的阴谋。
