回复 :在一场车祸中，永井圭（佐藤健 饰）意外发现自己竟然是一名“亚人”。亚人，拥有着和人类一样的外貌，却有着惊人的自愈能力和不死之身，为了获得亚人神秘的力量，政府逮捕并监禁了现今已经发现的亚人们，包括永井圭，在他们身上进行残忍的活体实验，然而对外，政府却声称这一行为是在保护亚人。同样身为亚人的佐藤（绫野刚 饰）救出了永井圭，希望后者能够加入自己的阵营。佐藤依靠着进行恐怖活动来威胁政府，提出建立亚人自治区的诉求。永井圭知道佐藤生性贪婪邪恶，不愿意就范，因此亦被佐藤视为敌人。身处漩涡的中心，永井圭知道，这并不单单只是佐藤和自己的战争，而是人类和亚人之间的博弈。
