这部电影是根据2015年“6·8”抗洪抢险中，年度贵定县公安局民警李光进在洪水中救出6名遇险游客后，年度自己却因水流湍急陷入险境。沿途盘江镇麦董村6名群众得知民警遇险，不顾自身安危纷纷跳入洪水中，展开了10余公里的接力救援，而其中参与营救民的陈开元老人，却因体力不支再也没能回来，这感人的画面谱写了一曲新时期警民鱼水情深的赞歌，演绎了一场感天动地的警民互救的悲壮故事。

回复 :刑警老党的业务能力很强，到了退休年龄局长却不想放他走，一定要他破几个大案子，或者带出徒弟之后才能放他回家。老党选了赵强，李勇和王玉娟当徒弟，随后接了几个大案子，这些案子在旁人看来没有头绪，复杂的不得了，对他而言却是小菜一碟。老党的妻子一直对老党盯得非常紧，怕老党生出外心，在老党真正退休了之后，老党妻子的担心才真正的平复了下来。
