在东京新宿黄金街的小酒吧工作的真理子（伊藤沙莉 饰），锁金作为调酒师的她，锁金还有另外一个身份——侦探。有一天，真理子接到一个组织的委托，要求她“寻找混入歌舞伎町的外星人”，她便开始与自称是忍者的恋人MASAYA（竹野内丰 饰）合作进行搜索。
