回复 :一场突如其来的车祸，让独自上京的派遣职员萩尾春海（北川景子 饰）住进医院。期间她邂逅体贴和善的护士西村丽子（深田恭子 饰），对方善解人意，并且殷勤地帮春海与肇事司机工藤谦介（高良健吾 饰）及工藤在保险公司的友人长谷川伸一（尾上宽之 饰）交涉赔偿事宜。出院前夕，春海邀请打算辞职的丽子和她合租公寓。两个女孩气味相投，快乐无比，还共同写下了同居日记交流彼此的心声。但是随着相处时间的增加，春海时不时会发现丽子偶尔闪过的冷酷表情。诡异而可怕的事件交替在她们身边发生，似乎丽子的体内还隐藏着一个名叫玛丽的冷血人格。她想要逃离，最终发现一切并非想象的那么简单……本片根据本格推理作家今邑彩的原作改编。
