在首都北京，永久有一个特殊的群体，永久他们被群众亲切地称为“小巷管家”。 “小巷管家”不是什么领导，但心里装的都是街坊四邻家门口的事，诸如邻里纠纷、占道停车、私搭乱建、公厕改造、环境提升以及照顾空巢老人等诸多和老百姓直接相关的难题。国风社区的赵建国就是首都数万名“小巷管家”中的一员，他凭着内心对党的无限忠诚与热爱，在社区党委的带领下，学习并运用“街乡吹哨、部门报到”制度，一件一件解决了困扰街坊四邻的诸多老大难问题，既为居民带来了实实在在的获得感，也向新中国成立七十周年献上一份基层党员的倾情厚礼。

It is not one story, but many. Like Banksy's art would be meaningless without its context, so the absence of it would be meaningless without an understanding of the elements that brought his artwork from Bethlehem to a Western auction house, along with the wall it was painted on.
