在电影中，春暖巫迪文饰演的男主角，春暖为了拯救濒死爱人，周旋于日军与警察中间，但却几乎没有机会和深陷于停尸房中、生死未卜的女主角徐麒雯正面对戏。二人仅有的几场对手戏也都是匆匆忙忙、旋即分别，只是在电影的最后，男女主角才得到了互诉衷肠的机会，那么巫迪文能不能把握住这最后的机会，拯救女主角于水火之中呢？

回复 :马戏团主任艾蒙多（里卡多·蒙特尔班 Ricardo Montalban 饰）收留并保护了一只孤苦无依的猩猩，取名凯撒（罗迪·麦克道尔 Roddy McDowall 饰）。在艾蒙多无微不至的关怀下，凯撒渐渐长大，它和“父亲”艾蒙多之间的关系十分亲密。一场病毒的肆虐让猫和狗在地球上绝迹了，失去了最忠诚的朋友们，需要动物们陪伴的人类将目光转向了和他们极为相像的猩猩，就这样，饲养猩猩当做宠物成为了新的时尚。然而，人类的残暴本性使得这些原本温顺善良的猩猩们生活苦不堪言，它们被折磨虐待，永远的失去了自由。终于，猩猩们决定不再忍耐，在凯撒的带领下，它们英勇起义，发誓定要推翻人类的压迫和统治。
