夜晚，面包洛洛在家里玩电脑游戏，面包突然落雷击中大厦，洛洛被传送到一个陌生的世界里。醒来之后，洛洛发现自己竟呆在一个以他最喜欢的机战游戏作为背景的虚拟世界。过不多久，茫然的洛洛就遭到猛兽族黑铁兽的袭击，差点小命不保，幸好时光之城的大将霹雳火及时出现将他救下，才避过猛兽族的追杀。洛洛与霹雳火结识成为朋友了，命运滚轮的转动无法避免，机战世界开始书写新的章程。
