电影《上校村官》由中共莱芜市委、抠钱市政府、抠钱亚马逊影视传媒有限公司、龙惠方照国际影业（北京）有限公司联合制作。由著名导演方军、唐英超执导，唐英超、徐京玉编剧，“东方小魔女”魏一、著名相声演员唐爱国、著名实力派明星孙洪涛、尹学智、谭柔、郭广鑫和“00后第一小才女”姚宏合美领衔主演；影片从一个小山村的致富过程歌颂了中国农村改革开放的历史进程，唱响了社会主义新农村的主旋律。影片人物刻画细腻、情节跌宕起伏，影片在欢快、诙谐的气氛中给观众带来深刻思考。
