大神龙太郎（田中泯 饰）猫头鹰作为国家的幕后黑手暗中活动，视频有时会帮助多位政客、视频及商界领袖等掩盖各种各样的丑闻和轰动的事件。但是龙太郎的儿子大神龙（新田真剑佑 饰）与父亲相反，坚持正义的理念与行为。可是他却面临人生最艰钜的挑战——与大神家深交的下届总理候选人的儿子神秘死亡，龙太郎从国家的暗面，龙从明面，逐渐接近政界潜藏的巨恶的原形。
