回复 :一年前的一次问心游戏，原本是同学的阿健（吴浩康饰）、阿泽（萧正楠饰）阿健、阿喜喜欢的人都是富家女阿淑（傅颖饰），而阿淑喜欢的人则是正与好姊妹阿丽（邓丽欣饰）拍拖的阿勤（李逸朗饰）。众人自此各有心结。阿勤更无端失踪。一年后，阿淑从国外回国，邀请大家到自己的别墅去叙旧。刚入住不久，便有很多离奇的事发生，每有一个人失踪或被杀，其中一间客房便多一个黑掌印出现，剩下的3人各自猜测，互不信任。当各人都人心惶惶之际，更出乎意料的事发生了。
