如果说旅行是为了找到回家的路。那旅程的歇脚处，素昧则是要带你认识家的模样。民宿是近年蔚为风潮的旅居方式，素昧以「家」为出发点，带旅客深度融入当地文化，感受主人的生活哲学。本节目由金马影后「杨贵媚」带领国民男孩「张轩睿」及金钟主厨「SOAC」，3人共同经营宜兰民宿，透过镜头纪录他们一起生活、接待客人的各种真实互动。但，价值观迥异的三人面对经营民宿的食衣住行等难题，是彼此的神助手、还是猪队友？主客人又会在同个屋檐下交织出什么火花？这都将是在「阮三个」发生的故事……
